Empress Captured & Humbled by Ultra Girl

Empress, overconfident in her advantage over a powerless Ultra Girl, decides that Normal Girl is so pathetic without her belt that she decides to return it, assured that even with it she still can't be defeated. Once Ultra Bella has her belt on though, she tears through the zipties like paper and a non-powered, human Empress can only look on in horror as Bella closes in to exact her revenge on her vigilante adversary. There's also a surprising guest appearance at the end by a kinky individual who shows Empress what it looks like to have real superpowers instead of her, an ordinary woman, pretending she has any.
